AI inside the tools you already use
Productivity AI is most useful when it lives where your work already is. Zoho Zia covers Zoho's suite from ₹800 a month with an India data centre. Google Gemini runs inside Gmail, Docs and Sheets, with rupee pricing from ₹399 a month and the broadest Indian-language coverage of the global assistants — but a GST invoice usable for input credit only through Google Workspace. Notion AI answers questions across a Notion workspace and is only worth it if your team already lives there; it bills in US dollars.
Refrens is different: it's GST invoicing and accounting for Indian freelancers and small businesses, from ₹100 a month, with AI helpers built in. Fireflies.ai takes meeting notes, with weaker accuracy on heavily accented or code-mixed speech.
Our take
Pick by suite: Google Workspace users should turn on Gemini, Zoho users Zia. Freelancers who raise GST invoices get more from Refrens than from any general AI tool. Avoid stacking several subscriptions that each do a little of the same thing.
