The alternative is to record the meeting yourself and ask an assistant to summarise the transcript — Claude handles long transcripts well, and Gemini and ChatGPT do too. Notion AI makes sense if your notes already live in Notion.

Consent and storage
Tell everyone on the call that it's being recorded and transcribed, especially clients. None of these tools keeps data in India in our data, so for sensitive client or HR conversations, check the vendor's retention settings and delete recordings you don't need.
