Be careful with screening
Using AI to screen or rank candidates carries real risk of unfair outcomes, and résumés are personal data under the DPDP Act. Keep a human making every hiring decision, tell candidates if AI is used in the process, and confirm where any tool stores applicant data. General assistants are fine for drafting job descriptions and interview questions — just don't paste candidate details into consumer plans.
